- Email to [email protected] from the address registered in our system or with a secure electronic or mobile signature
- Registered electronic mail (KEP)
- Wet-signed petition delivered by hand or via a notary to Çamlıpınar, 254/48. Sk. 18 A, 35390 Buca/İzmir
Information the Application Must Include
Communiqué Art. 5
- Full name and, for written applications, signature
- For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the Turkish ID number; for foreigners, nationality and passport or ID number
- Residential or business address for notification
- Email address and phone number for notification
- Subject of the request
Where we cannot verify your identity, we may ask for additional information. Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
